mass flow rate error

hi at a certain flow x-sec area when i enter velocity at that area and using water as fluid . when i check mass flow rate from "fluent report" menu it reprts wrong mass flow rate. the x-sec area is correct. but why there is error in mass flow rate. and if i enter mass flow rate velocity is too high reported by fluent then actually. whts happening.
