Default Reverse flow in the VOF model

Hi all,

I am simulating a two-dimensional capillary flow along a vertical channel by using VOF model. The inlet boundary condition is zero gauge total pressure, and the outlet boundary condition is also zero pressure, that is, ambient pressure. The initial condition is zero velocity. During my simulation, there is always reverse flow. Can anybody tell me what causes such reverse flow and suggest some ways to solve this problem?

Thanks.

Yan

it will loss as the procese of the iterations, or you can change the type of the outlet boundary
