Hi
I am solving an external flow problem. When I plot the values of dynamic pressure along the wall, it results in nonzero values. According to no-slip B.C. on the wall the velocity component must be zero, thus zero dynamic pressure! What's up? |

I guess that you have to check your wall function and yplus. Dynamic pressure should be zero at the wall but increased very rapidly near the wall and then decreases. Also are you sure that your first point exatcly is on the wall? just inn the point of y/delta=.0001 the dynamic pressure has large values.
