Hello

How good is Fluent when it comes to simulating unsteady flow in porous media, when porosity and other coefficients are given? What does it do while simulating steady flows in porous packed beds?

Thanks,

Bina

Pretty good actually. Just remember that the density and heat capacity of the solid fraction are multiiplied by the porosity.
