can Fluent model CO, NOx?

Dear Sirs,

Can fluent model emission products such as CO and NOx? there is an option to turn on pollutants of NO, but I also need to determine the amount of CO produced during methane combustion. Must I enable this capability into fluent explicitly somehow, or does fluent have a built-in feature for CO. Thank you in advance.

Re: can Fluent model CO, NOx?

You can use one of the finite-rate chemistry models (Laminar, EDC, PDF Transport) and import a Chemkin mechanism with CO and NOx.

Thanks Thu. I will use the EDC model. How do I import the Chemkin mechanism? Is there a database where I choose it from? Thanks in advance. Tomas
