Hi, Does bouble precision mode influences on memory reqirement? If yes, in what scale?

Yes. In Layman terms, Double precision calculations typically store more digits than single precision ones. For instance, 7.5 / 3.2 would be for:

Single Precision: 2.34

Double precision: 2.34375

Benchmark studies will give you a better idea for problems that are scaled-up.
