Energy in porous media

Hi,

From the user guide, it seems that the gov. eqn. for energy is the averaged one of fluid and solid together( eqn 6.19-8 for version 6.1). What if I have different temp for the fluid and the porous material ? To be more clearly, I want to model the heat transfer btwn the fluid and the solid, how can I 'tell' FLUENT to calculate the energy for two phases separately ?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated!

You would need to do some sort of UDF, I suppose. This might be complicated, as a porous medium is just a fluid region with an additional momentum sink term. The solid doesn't exist in the numeric model.
