Default Extracting data from FLUENT

I did a 3D run to solve for the flow around a strut/rudder. Now I need to extract data at a particular spanwise location along the strut. I created a plane intersecting the strut, but am not sure how to extract data along the intersection line (of plane and strut). Any suggestions how to do this or any other approach?
