Can fluent(udf) calculate the complex number as following: (1+i)^(1/3)?

does it work? pow(1.0+i,1.0/3.0)?

Thanks.

And how can I get the real part of a complex number in udf?

If you use scheme language the answer is yes. If you want to write a UDF you can add external libraries. Luca
