rotating mesh

hi all,

i need help regarding the rotating mesh. what is the actual procedure for rotating the mesh. i mean, if i have solid inside a fluid domain how to give the rotation for solid. and one more doubt what about the wall(default) condition at the interface.

one more thing how can i check whether solid is rotating or not? can we visualise the solid motion?

Re: rotating mesh

you have to make a sphere around your body and give to all this mesh the rotation properties. is the easyest way. if not you decide to mode directli the body but me refined mesh has not so good properties everywhere

hope i've been helpfull

dear cip,

why do we need a sphere around the body? can't we directly give the rotation to the solid?

Re: rotating mesh
