propeller rotating at zero inflow velocity

Could anyone help me regarding how to solve the problem of marine propeller rotating(using rotating reference frame) with zero inflow velocity.ie., propeller rotating in stationary water. The problem is not converging.

give rpm to ur domain at the speed of ur propeller speed in opposite direction, try
