Hai guys!

While meshing in gambit, there is no grid problem as I checked in face mesh-check. But in fluent, while grid checking, it failed due to non-positive area, Even after refining the grid.

Please help me to eradicate the problem.

i)Are you using axissymmetric. If so the axis has to be parrel to X axis and all grid should be positive X axis. ii)Check the skewness of grid in gambit. If this is more than 0.9 better remesh this.

good luck

Thanks Balaji,

But I am not axisymmetric. As well, my max skew is 0.8493.
