Hello
I just have to ask how to get the film coefficient of the flow in the pipe. Gases are flowing through the pipe at 500m\s. When i get the results heat transfer coefficient comes out to be 5 or 6 in SI units. But eimprical corelations say that it should be in the range of 250-350w\sq m-k. How do i interpret the heat transfer coefficient calculated by fluent. Which is very less. With regards Ejaz Ahmed |
