Decomposing of Pitched blade turbine at 45

I need help. I am trying to mesh the impeller(Pitched blade) region of a stirred tank reactor. This impeller region has been separated from the entire volume, so i am planning to mesh it with hex cells in GAMBIT but i find it hard to do.

Pls can you advise on how i can go abt this. Or what can i do to decompose into simpler volumes?

EXPECTING.

Cheers, Jane

I'm not familiar with stirred tank reactors, so I can't visualize the problem. If you e-mail me images, or geometry (without any volume meshes... if there's important surface meshes, then you can leave those, but volume meshes use up too much memory) then I would be happy to take a look at it, and help as much as I can.

Thanks, Jason
