Hello, I want to learn c++ programming language to use it for Fluent, I need any help as a beginner, I want to learn how to write simple codes, generate a mesh and solve it...

Hey,

As far I know, If you want to use UDF's you need to learn the C programming language - not C++.

Thank you very much sir, I have visual studio software, so, I think I can start learning Also, I have written a simple code using c++ language and integrated it to Fluent and it worked

Maybe C++ will work too - I read in UDF Manual that the programming language is C here. Maybe it depend on your compiler/computer/system/etc.

For learning UDF's I recommend starting with UDF manual. I think that in many situations you won't need a special skill in programming, there are some typical UDFs from ANSYS that will let you set a typical thing like velocity profile.
However, I don't have a wide experience here, and I'm learning C, I started with a book with examplary codes.
