T junction - meshing wall zone in Gambit

I have created two pipe T junctions, one inside the other. The outer T minus the inner T is the liquid zone (annular flow), and the inner T is the gas zone. I have been able to mesh the inner T well with cooper mesh. But I don't know how to mesh the volume between the two T's (the liquid zone). Can someone please give me some advice on possible methods to mesh this geometry. I can send the file if needed.

I am not sure how to send the dbs file. I don't think I can send it through this forum. I can send it to you but I need your email address.
