Question how to draw a transient process chart in cfd-post

hi everyone

i run a transient problem in ansys fluent . now in cfd-post i want to draw a chart which the x series is the time and the y is the average temperature in particular surface ( one of my boundry condition) . how can i do this ?
i can draw a chart for a point temperature with time but i can't do this for a average temperature of a surface .

please help me

another question

i change the unit of temperature to celsius but in monitoring the temperature with time , the temperature shows in y axis in kelvin .
what should i do ?
