How can I get Cp=1 at the stagnation point ?

From the flow around a circular cylinder, the pressure coefficient around stagnation area is not 1. As my understanding, it should be 1. Please let me know how to calculate the pressure coefficient from the FLUENT simulation.

I tried to change reference values but it seems not working.

The value you would be getting is higher than 1, when you refine the mesh near wall, the CP gets to correct values. I use the mesh with yplus less than one, then i get max Cp around 1.05, and the CP values match experimental values.
