Default drag coefficient problems

I'm modeling unsteady 2D flow past a flat plate normal to the flow direction using a structured mesh of approximately 150,000 cells. The vortex shedding frequency that I get from the solution matches theory, but the average drag coefficient is approximately 5 and should be around 2. My reference values are correct. I've increased the number of mesh points on the plate twice and the drag coefficient is the same, so I feel that the mesh is good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
