HI MASOOD,thanks for the answer.HERE the geometry:I have a rectangular empty incubator with walls made of anodized aluminium(black body)and a part of superior and inferior walls are made of glass.Inside my incubator there is air.I'd want to calculate the profile of temperature in the air and in the glass.I don't know wall's temperature but in the thickness of aluminium there is another cavity where there is water at 312K.On the outside there is air at 296K.If it is not very clear ,can I send you by e-mail the file of my model in gambit and fluent? THANKs

hi i didnt tried conjugate heat transfer in FLUENT. but it can be done. as u have a goemtry which is of 2 walls with water between them. and u also mentioned black body (i dont think so it is important as incubators dont have very high temprature) but u know u r case so it is ur choice. isnt it easier tht walls with water jacket can be taken as solid wall which have same heat resistance as the one in ur case. as u r interested in the temprature in the incubator, i hope this solid wall assumption will give correct results. any more suggestions ppl. (srry man i am too busy,i can not look at the case files at this time) but wish u good luck with ur case
