sopenoutputfile error

my platform: AMD opteron 244 * 2 SUSE Linux x86_64 Fluent 6.2-lnamd64
when I save the case or data, the Fluent often report the error: Writing "160575.cas"... Error: sopenoutputfile: unable to open file for output Error Object: "160575.cas" Error: Error writing "160575.cas". Error Object: #f what should I do? |

Hi, Maybe you have a problem with your path, try to save it directly to one of your disks, For example: "c:\"

Sometimes I through the menu save the case file manually, there is the same error. The path is selected by the save dialog.

Check the memory space. Always save dat files in compressed format.

While launching the FLUENT application, change the working directory path to the location where the case, data and force coefficient (monitored) quantities output file(s) are located.
