Default modelling for pressure sensor

I've got some real life dynamic pressure readings, and have modelled the pipework i'm looking at in fluent. What I need to do is take the pressure sensor readings and put these into the model to see what the pressure is at the source (an unknown pressure), what boundary conditions do i need to use in order to model in this way? the fluid is oil.

Thanks in advance!
