Please try not to post such questions. What people are looking for in this forum is answers to specific questions.

Go through the Laminar and Turbulent pipe flow tutorials. The guide is very systematic and shows you exactly what to do. Here is another link from Fluent itself which has a bunch of tutorials. There are many more on the net that can help you out. All you have to do is search :)
