FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)

hello,

When I am running any case file in fluent 6.1.22 installed on a "amd 64bit 754 pin asus k8n motheroard" with OS:win 2000 pro, it gives the following error most of the time (after few hundred iterations)

Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: ()

while same case file when executed on other system ( intel P4 with win 2000 pro or linux OS ) converges. this have been observed several other case files. kindly help,

thanks

if following error pop ups
FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)

then import mesh into nastran solver(even if you don't have nastran) then using fluent go to files - import - open file which was created for nastran.
and say display mesh.

Im having the same problem whenever dealing with UDF. I'm still figure it out what is the problem. Most probably because of errors in UDF.
