I want to study the heat transfer in solid and fluid.I defined the interface between solid and fluid as wall and Fluent created a shadow wall.I defined wall and shadow wall "coupled" but in the solid the temperature profile is only horizontal. Why?Where is the error? Can someone help me?And Fluent can study heat transfer in solid or only for fluid? Thanks

You need to define the solid as a zone (while creating geometry in Gambit), then specify its boundaries as walls. You need to pick a material for this solid zone, and specify boundary conditions, e.g. fluiid-solid interface as coupled and solid-air interface as convenctive. Hope this helps.
