FLUENT with CHEMKIN

Hi,

I would like to carry out isothermal chemical reactions in a gas-solid fluidized bed through the incorporation of CHEMKIN. Can anyone give any lead how to proceed on this ? I have followed the tutorial in FLUENT, but it did not work. If anyone has any experience in using it, please provide the information how to go ahead.

Re: FLUENT with CHEMKIN

I think you have separately buy this as a module from Reaction Design Inc and link with FLUENT 6.2.Earlier versions of Fluent doesn't have this option. However, even without ChemKin, Fluent has very powerful capabilities including the ISAT and DI methods for reaction and multiple reactions analysis. I hope this helps
