wrong dimensions when reading mesh file

hello, when i read my mesh file into fluent. its says file has wrong dimensions and could not read the file. Why is this so? I have not even scale the file or anything, only draw it out in gambit. many thanks.

Re: wrong dimensions when reading mesh file

I think it is something I did wrong when I exported the file. So anyone who has this problem can check their gambit files. thks for reading.

Gambit by default exports a 3D mesh. If you want a 2D mesh you will have to activate the "Export 2-D(X-Y) Mesh" button.

Can you let us know the steps you did in order to export your mesh? Sometime the problem come from the quality of mesh itself.
