Failed in volume meshing

MANOJKUMAR Guest Posts: n/a	hello all i making a box in which a sheet is inserted.when i meshing the box there is error like Assertion failed in Refvolume.cc line 5870 found_1 and found_2 while meshing componenet. Can any me give answer
