Modeling a reactive two-phase flow

Hi all. I have a problem: I must model a reacting two-phase flow (air(g) surrounded by heptane(l)). It is liquid-gas stratified (no droplets or spray). Unfortunately it seems like VOF, Mixture and Eulerian Models cannot be used for such a problem because they don't handle species mixing and reacting flows.

Are there other fluent's models which can support stratified 2-phase and combustion? Does anyone have any suggestion?

Ciao Luca,

from what I know, the only way VOF can handle chemistry is by UDF, defining an heterogeneous reaction rate between phases. Mass transfers are also possible.

Thank you very much!

So I think I have two possibilities: 1- modeling the two-phase flow by UDFs and exploiting a fluent combustion model

2- vice versa. But I guess the first case is easier.
