I am trying to import a step file into gambit and I get the message ACIS error 1015 : Access violation....any thoughts

I suggest you the same, 'cause I got the same problem sometimes and I solved it by this way

Ok....I think I found the problem, I noticed that I was able to load step files with shorter file names, so I shortened the file name and took out the _ in the file name and I was then able to import the step file that I was having problems with earlier....a strange solution, but it worked
