Hi,

When i try and split a volume with a face i get the following error message

'Edge tangent to intersection curve but not to surface-Restoring the geomeric model to the state before the current operation'

Does anyone know what this means and how i could get around it? I am banging my head against a brick wall.

Many thanks for your advice

Duncan

first check if the face is real or virtual. then check what ur retaining and what part you're deleting. try n extend the face domain.
