Could you suggest me videocard for Linux?

I need professional videocard for CAD and Mesh Prepostprocessing. I use Linux. Need PCI (because of my mainboard). May be NVIDIA QuadroFX3400 (VCQFX3400-PCIE-PB) PCI-E, 256MB,2DVI, Stereo, RTL is not bad choice? Is there sufficient difference between 256 and 128 Mb?
