2D Drag

I'm looking at the drag coefficient of a 2D thin flat plate normal to the flow and I get a Cd that is around twice what experiments suggest it should be. My reference values are correct, and I've found that increasing my mesh size yields the same results. Any suggestions?

what is the frontal area u r using for ur model and for ur experiment to calculate force?

The plate is 20cm tall and I leave the default setting of 1m of depth in the ref. values section.
