I have a vague impression that it is not supported.

If you want to make a case in v12 with the same settings as v14, you can check whether fluent 12 support the TUI command
Code:

/file/read-settings
If so, you can read the v14 case file and save the settings via
Code:

/file/write-settings some-yes-or-no-or-file-name-i-really-do-not-remember
Then start fluent v12, read the mesh file and use
Code:

/file/read-settings file-name-of-your-v14-settings
to read the settings.
