Hardcopy files?

Hi all; when i try to hardcopy my results in JPG format,the problem that appears is I dont see the complete values on the left. I mean instead of (1e+00) I see (1e+) .Can someone tell me why? Take in advance

i don't expect the hardcopy can give a good quality picture,
i often use the hypersnap or tecplot |
