Generating a turbo data file. .tur explanation

I'm trying to model a compressor blade in gambit. Is there an explanation somewhere of all the parameters needed in the turbo data file (.tur) needed ? Or possibly an executable that generates the file based on the x,y,z coordinates of an airfoil. Also, does anyone know what the default units are? It looks like millimeters to me but I'm not sure.

The explanation of the parameters needed for a turbo file are in the user guide of gambit. I have used turbo file often successfully. The default unit is meter as the SI system, but you can set the units as you want and when you read the mesh file in Fluent you can set the right unit in grid/scale menu. bye bye
