-ve value of static pressure

Anybody could help me on understanding what is meant by static pressure in Fluent? Certainly it doesn't seem to be the value of RHO*g*h. When I get the XY-Plots for static pressure it shows negative values. I am also not able to understand the contour plotting of static pressure.
Dynamic pressure seems to be alright and having value of 0.5*RHO*V*V. Please help me in this regard Thanking you Anu |
