Grid independence check

Hello, I made a model of a 7 blade turbine cascade. I then wanted to check for grid independence of the solution, so I created two different grids: one where only the middle blade has a structured grid surrounding it, and the other with a structured grid across the central blade channel - the surroundings in both cases are tri-paved. My question is: what kind of measure is typically used to check for grid independence? Do I just look at the two velocity/pressure fields by eye to see if they look similar? Or should I check if boundary layer velocity profiles are similar? Or is there some measure/mechanism in Fluent that will do this check for me? Thanks for any help, Mattis

I'm very sorry for posting that twice. I thought it had not worked the first time. Apologies, Mattis
