Hello everybody!
I'am trying to modelise a plasma reactor. I need to use surface reaction. The sticking coefficient is known and i am taking this into account using: Ar= (1/4)*s*((8RT)/(pi*M))^0.5 with: Ar - preexponential factor s - sticking coeff My problem is that if i take s=1 or s=0.1 it doesn't change a thing. What do you think? Anyone uses this equation? Thank you! |
