Animation query..newbie qn
 

Guys:

i was trying to get an animation for a simple 2d flow. could not get it to work. i am running an unsteady case for 1000 iterations. i used the animation + define panel to do animation. for this i got the solution animation panel. i chose animation sequences =1, and gave it a name velocity and asked it to write out every 100 time steps and pressed define. there i selected contour and it gave me another window and i chose velocity and gave the range. once i was done with the case, it gives a .cxa file and bunch of.hmf files. i tried the animation + playback and tried to write it out as an mpeg. it gives me a blank screen. Any ideas as to how i work this??

Select 'Storage Type' as 'PPM Image' and then try .
