Hi,

I am using the Define_Mass_transfer UDF to allowed the transfer of species 1 in phase into species 1 in phase 2 at the same cell. I calculate using outside sources the actual mass in (kg) of species 1 that sould be transfer at each single cell of the system. However, this UDF macro is return a real mass rate (Kg/m3-sec) to the solver, so I need to convert the real mass value (Kg) I get for each cell into a mass rate, which I could not manage to do correctly, Actally I do it as follow, but it seems incorrect. Please advice me.

mass_rate = (species_mass_(kg))/[(Cell_volume)*transfer time]

Regards
