meshing hollow part of pipe

Default meshing hollow part of pipe

Hi,

I have considered a problem, of conjugative heat transfer. Air flowing over a hollow pipe. fluid ( water ) flowing through the pipe. this is a 3D case. I want to know how to mesh the hollow part of pipe.
