parallel computing problems with CPU time

Hello everybody, I try to run FLUENT parallel on windows XP Pro with a dual processor -HyperThreading processors-, so in OS appear four "processor". The question is that CPU time in every PID it's very different... and I think this indicate that the work is not equal so efficiency its quite poor. Is this correct? Any comment about it? How can i fix it? thanks in advance

Start by turning hyperthreading off. The hyperthreading algorithm may be poorly distributing the load.
