Multiple Mesh Import Without Fusing

Hello

It seemed a little unclear to me, so I figured I'd ask here:

Is it possible to run multiple meshes using interface boundary conditions only (ie: coupling) rather than using the fuse command to fuse together adjacent boundaries between each mesh.

I tried to fuse bordering boundaries yesterday and managed to lock up a pretty powerful linux cluster, so if I could get away without fusing, this would be preferable at this time.

thanks!

Yes you can. You have two options for doing that: 1)Read both mesh in Tgrid and Tgrid automatically creates one mesh file. Then you save the mesh file and you can read the file in Fluent and create the boundary interface 2)Use tmerge utility directly in Fluent and then create the boundary interface in Fluent Hope this helps you bye bye
