Default how to rotate disk?

Hı!ı am studying on a problem of impinging jet on a rotating disk and ı want to know which method is useful Reynolds solution or K-e and how will ı give a rotational motion to disk?ı have two examples and one of them make this from boundary condition-fluid-moving referance frame-rotational speed and the other one make the rotation from boundary condition-wall-momentum-rotational speed.ı want to learn what is the differnace and which one should ı use?

ıf u help me ı will be very happy..
