Default set granular temperature BC

my case is about pneumatic conveying in pipes. Using TFM with the kinetic theory, I could not find the equation on how to define the solid phase granular temp. on velocity inlet boundry condition.

I would appreciate if you can share your experience with me and give me some advice on where i can find the equation.
