Discuss: yes or no?granular temp.

my case is about pneumatic conveying in pipes. Using TFM with the kinetic theory, I could not find the equation on how to define the solid phase granular temp. on velocity inlet boundry condition. Is it same as the riser's setting 0.004(u*u+v*v+w*w)?

I would appreciate if you can share your experience with me and give me some advice on where i can find the equation.
