Setting a surface roughness on a wall

What if modeling a laminar flow airfoil therefore using a laminar model, how do you specify a wall roughness then.

in the laminar flow you cannot specify the wall roughness. I tried also very hard. The only solution is to turn on a turbulence model - then is available!
