Default Unassigned interface zone detected

Hi, I am modelling a wet gas stream through a restriction in a pipe (3D). I have defined an interface in Gambit where two meshes have been used to distinguish between a boundary layer and core mesh of the pipe. When i try to initialize in Fluent i get the following error:

WARNING: Unassigned interface zone detected for interface 5 Error: Init_Flow: unassigned interface_zones

I read something about defining the interface from both sides in Fluent using Define>Grid Interfaces... tried it, and got:

Error: Failed creating bound node loop

How do i go about getting around this?

Cheers.
