cavitation problem

Hi,

I'm trying to solve cavitation problem in a venturimeter. First I check the boundary conditions which result in pressures lower than the vapor pressure with single phase calculations. Then I start my two-phase calculation (using mixture model) with these boundary conditions. However, I am finding that during iteration, the vf-vapor does not change from 0 at all! I may add that I have used k-epsilon model for turbulence.

I am not sure what could be the problem. However, if I drastically increase the inlet velocity, I do find vf-vapor iterating. But I do not want this high value.

Any help/suggestion/comment will be most appreciated.
